Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free, if needed)
- 1 tablespoon honey (agave for vegan)
- 1 pineapple, sliced into 8 rings
Directions
- Whisk together the soy sauce and honey. Place the pineapple in a large bag. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the pineapple.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pineapple until it begins to caramelize—about 5 minutes each side. Continue to brush with the remaining sauce while grilling.
