It’s no secret that the summer is a favorite time for the iFIT community. The weather is warm, vacations are scheduled, and outdoor activities are aplenty. While we’re big fans of that camp, we have to recognize our adoration for the beauty of autumn! We love getting fit for the summer, so let’s do it for the fall, too!
The Fit for Fall Challenge is for all the folks who love the cooler weather, light jackets, falling leaves, and seasonal fare (pumpkin spice lovers unite!). This month, work out in regions near and far that showcase the multi-colored landscapes of the harvest season. Take in the sights and sounds of the fall from New England to Iceland with your favorite iFIT Trainers.
If you complete all of the workouts from your selected level for the Fit for Fall Challenge by October 31, 2022, you’ll instantly earn an exclusive reward that will be viewable in your Trophy Case! Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you can download your shareable reward.
Here are this month’s Challenge levels:
Treadmill and elliptical workouts
Walking: Head to Canada for a grand tour of Toronto with iFIT Guide Mackenzie Putici! Join him for 7 walking workouts, where you’ll see the season’s colorful leaves while visiting eye-catching locations like Union Station, Graffiti Alley, and Niagara Falls.
Running: Run your way through charming New England with iFIT Trainer Casey Gilbert! Together, you’ll jog through 12 workouts and bask in the crisp seasonal views of Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Casual Riding: Pedal into cool fall weather with iFIT Trainer Casey Zaugg! Pull on a light jacket and ride by some of Boston’s most popular sites in these 6 bike workouts. You’ll see Bunker Hill, Copley Square, Harvard University, and more.
Amped Cycling: Journey into Iceland’s dramatic landscape to celebrate the harvest season with iFIT Trainer Yuri Hauswald! Follow along through 12 exciting workouts highlighting some of Iceland’s most remarkable natural locations.
Rowing: Soak up the multi-colored beauty of fall with iFIT Trainer Alex Gregory! Row alongside him for 6 endurance-building workouts along Slovenia’s Lake Bled and Portugal’s Lake Avis.
Strength: Bundle up with iFIT Trainers Hannah Eden and Jonnie Gale for this Icelandic adventure! Join this duo for 6 strength workouts with the country’s most stunning waterfalls, geysers, and more as your backdrops.
