At iFit, our goal is to give you the ability to see the world in each of our Global Workouts! We strive to make each session an unforgettable experience, all while learning about our beautiful planet, right from the comfort of home. Global Workouts are also a great opportunity to get your kids involved, helping them to learn more about history-rich locations around the world!

Here are some kid-friendly workout programs* that will get your entire family moving, along with some fun geography activities about the continents to keep the kids entertained post-workout!
