Sweet Spanish Hot Chocolate

Megan Ostler, Michelle Alley

TOTAL TIME:20 min

If you’ve never tasted anything but hot chocolate made from store-bought envelopes, you’re about to have your tastebuds tingled with this stovetop, sweet, Spanish hot chocolate. It’s so thick, a churro can stand in it! Normally, it’s made with heavy cream, so to lighten it up, we used cornstarch to get a thick drink, but with less fat and calories.
