Honor Their Legacy with the RWB Memorial Minutes Flash Challenge

Memorial Day is a time to pause, reflect, and remember the service members who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. This year, iFIT is proud to partner with Team RWB (Red, White & Blue) for the RWB Memorial Minutes Flash Challenge.

Designed to help you move with purpose, this special challenge invites you to complete intentional workouts while honoring the lives and legacy of our fallen heroes.

Whether you’re running, walking, riding, or strength training, every minute you commit is a way to show up in remembrance and support of the veteran community.

How it works

Move with purpose in a special Flash Challenge in partnership with Team RWB, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of veterans and active military through connection and community.

Inspired by Team RWB’s Memorial Minutes initiative, you’ll complete 40 minutes of movement each day, honoring the 1.3 million service members who have died in service to our nation throughout its 250-year history. This Flash Challenge is available from May 18 through 25, 2026.

From meaningful locations to military-inspired workouts that reflect service, sacrifice, and strength, each session is designed to help you sweat for something bigger than yourself.

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by May 25, 2026 and to earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.
