Software products

All iFIT Yearly memberships begin with a 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial begins on the same calendar day as purchase. iFIT Yearly memberships may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. iFIT Monthly memberships are non-refundable, but can be canceled at any time. If you cancel your iFIT Monthly membership prior to the final calendar day of the month, your iFIT access will continue until the final calendar day of month is reached. If you are not satisfied with your iFIT membership for any reason, please call 1-866-896-9777 for assistance. You will be required to provide both the username and email address associated with your account.

Bands, sensors, clothing, exercise equipment, and other products

There is a 30 day trial period on all products that begins on the date you receive the product, as recorded by the delivery company or by the date of sale on your receipt. If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to send a replacement product or give you a partial refund during the 30 day trial period. Please call 1-866-896-9777 within 30 days of the date on your receipt to obtain a Return Authorization number and arrange for the return of your product. As part of the process, please carefully repack your product in its box and follow the procedure outlined by the customer service representative. When we receive the product and its Return Authorization number, we will refund the purchase price (price of product plus sales tax), minus a 10% restocking fee. We will not refund to and from shipping charges. In the event your product(s) has shipped and you have not received your machine, but you want to return your product(s), all shipping and restocking fees will apply. All products must be returned in good condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories, or an additional 10% charge may be incurred. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Shipping, Returns, Free Equipment Policies

Shipping Policy

All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply. We cannot ship to P.O. or APO Boxes with internet orders. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes. Our on-line order system can’t determine what size of box your order will ship in. Another reason is that we ship items, like treadmill lubricant, that cannot be shipped through the US postal service.

Return Policy

We stand by our *products and strive to deliver the best for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns will include a non-refundable return shipping charge of $250 and 10% processing fee. Once the product ships, the fees will be applied and you are no longer able to cancel your order without incurring the fees. Any completed service is also non-refundable. Our ultimate goal is to deliver what you want, and we are willing to work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Under this exclusive offer from iFIT's Financing, your monthly payment is $39 for 48 months until you pay the full price of $1,872. iFIT's general return policy does not apply to the FREE items promo. You may return your iFIT equipment and cancel your iFit membership within 30 days of receipt of the product. After 30 days, you may cancel your iFit membership at any time, but your remaining balance will then be due.
