The Story Behind MrBeast“Lose 150 Lbs Together, Win $250,000”Sara and Tre turned to iFIT Trainers John Peel and Bree Cox for support across exercise, sleep habits, hydration, diet, and more, and together they completed a transformational journey over six months.

The story behind the transformation
Tre and Sara get honest about the excuses, the trust, and the moments that changed everything. Hear what it took, and what they’d tell you if you’re thinking about starting.

When Tre and Sara starred in MrBeast’s “Lose 150lbs Together, Win $250,000” ahead of their wedding, they each had their own reasons for needing a change.
Sara found it hard to finish what she started. “This was the first time I ever held myself accountable, and it’s changed my life.”
Tre always had a better excuse. “Living the way I was, I didn’t like myself that much. This program helped me feel better.”
With John and Bree in their corner, the excuses stopped working, and they learned to adapt.

Tre and Sara didn’t choose their trainers, and none of them knew what to expect. But what started as four strangers quickly became something bigger.
Sara was eager, chatty, and ready to take on every challenge, with Bree as her biggest cheerleader. Tre was quieter, harder to motivate, and needed time to build trust. John knew when to push, when to listen, and once Tre let him in, he gave everything he had.
Together, they found their rhythm. Sara got Tre going, and Tre kept Sara moving. Through the hard days, small victories, and plenty of laughs, the four became more than a team. They became family.

Tre & Sara
The hardest part wasn't the workout
The hardest part wasn't the workoutThe workouts were tough. The challenges were tougher. But for Tre and Sara, the biggest battle was often in their own heads. Sara struggled with self-doubt, while Tre had days when finding the motivation to start felt impossible. With John and Bree in their corner, they learned that showing up, especially when they didn't feel like it, was where the real change began.
"I struggled a lot with the fact that I wouldn't do anything because I wanted to be perfect."
