From November 15 to December 31, we’re revisiting the Embrace the Journey Challenge. This is your chance to visit the iFIT Archives and add to your Trophy Case collection. If you already completed it last year, try a new Challenge level. If you started but didn’t finish, you now have over a month to check it off! With a revamped look and digital reward, see for yourself what made the Embrace the Journey Challenge so popular in 2021. After New Year’s Eve, this Challenge goes back into the archives for good, so don’t miss out!
Here are this month’s Challenge levels:
Walk: Take the first step as you travel across the world to breathtaking locations as you complete culture walks, receive tips on proper form, and focus on mindfulness. Each of these 8 workouts was selected for people who enjoy walking during their workouts.
Hike: Take the next step as you go from Switzerland to Montana, hiking some of the most beautiful locations on earth. Expect plenty of steady inclines and mountainous regions as you climb. Each of these 8 workouts was selected for hiking-level athletes.
Run: Up for running? Tour the world from Croatia to Easter Island on a variety of terrains, speeds, and inclines as you improve your speed and performance. Each of these 8 treadmill workouts was selected with the seasoned runner in mind.
Stride: Just beginning your journey? Travel from Montana to Morocco as you focus on moving your body and practicing good form. Expect flatter terrain with trainers like Nicole Meline to help you stay mindful and enjoy the journey. Each of these 8 elliptical workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.
Hike: Ready for the next step? Complete hiking workouts all over the world, as you’re coached by fan-favorite iFIT Trainers like John Peel and Ashley Paulson. Expect steep inclines and mountainous terrain. Each of these 8 elliptical workouts was selected with the hiker in mind.
Climb: Prepared for another level? Take your hiking workout higher with steeper inclines and more mountainous terrain in Bolivia and Thailand, then on Mount Kilimanjaro. Each of these 8 elliptical workouts was selected with the advanced hiker in mind.
Cruise: Just beginning your journey? Explore the world, traveling to places like Turkey and Alaska, as you cruise through each workout. Expect flat roads, beautiful scenery, and plenty of coaching from your iFIT Trainers. Each of these 8 bike workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.
Speed: Ready for an adventure? Travel to Norway, Spain, and Japan as you progress to the next level with strength and endurance rides. Expect more progressive workouts that push you to improve your stamina. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the experienced cyclist in mind.
Endurance: Prepared to really push yourself? See the sights in Switzerland, New Zealand, and Lake Tahoe as you explore your limits. Expect advanced workouts that help you increase your speed, find your maximum threshold, and explore your endurance. Each of these 8 workouts was designed with the advanced cyclist in mind.
Paddle: Just starting your rowing journey? Explore beautiful waterways as you get to know your machine and learn more about proper form and technique. Your iFIT Trainers will help coach you through each workout, from England to Zambia. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.
Race: Ready to challenge yourself? Head to locations like Portugal and Switzerland as you tackle intervals, pyramid workouts, and endurance rows. You’ll focus on increasing your endurance and improving your form as you go. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the advanced rower in mind.
Beginner Strength: Want to incorporate strength workouts into your routine? Your iFIT Trainers will coach you on proper form as you complete bodyweight, dumbbell, and recovery workouts. Each of these 8 workouts is meant to teach you the fundamentals of strength training.
Advanced Strength: Ready to push your strength training? Try full-body workouts with weights, HIIT, and even some core work as you strengthen every muscle. Each of these 8 workouts was selected for advanced strength training.
Yoga: Want to find your center? Go with the flow and explore yoga workouts in distant destinations like Jordan and Thailand. Each workout will help you improve your balance and develop a strong mind and body. Each of these 8 workouts was selected with the true beginner in mind.
