Asian Green Salad
I love salads for a few reasons. First, I love eating big portions and getting full (not just satisfied—which is what I usually recommend). Second, I love getting in a bunch of servings of fruits and vegetables in one sitting. And third, they’re so versatile! This salad delivers on all three counts. It’s huge, but low in calories. It provides a decadent variety of green vegetables, and with a divine peanut dressing, this is not your ordinary green side salad!
