Cherry Pistachio Quinoa Breakfast

TOTAL TIME:25 min

One of my favorite ways to warm up on a cold morning is with a creamy bowl of hot cereal, and this quinoa doesn’t disappoint. It’s similar to oatmeal for breakfast, but contains more protein.
The creamy, sweet grain is broken up with chewy cherries and crunchy pistachios, making this breakfast heaven in your mouth!
