Cilantro Lime Chicken with Couscous

Do you hate doing dishes, like me? After a long day, the last thing I want to do is dirty 4 pans to make dinner. Instead of all the hassle, try this one-pot chicken and couscous meal. The secret to the delectable flavor is topping it with our creamy avocado dressing. The best part is that it only requires 25 minutes of your time, and there’s only one pot to clean!

          Directions
          1. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add chicken. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until it just starts to brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
          2. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lime juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
          3. Gently stir in couscous. Pace chicken on top.
          4. Cover and remove from heat. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to allow couscous to cook.
          5. While couscous is cooking, place all the sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Drizzle sauce over the chicken and couscous.
          6. Garnish with limes and cilantro, if desired. Enjoy!
