Focus Your Mind and Center Yourself in the Mindful Movement Challenge
Staying grounded, focusing on mindfulness: we can all benefit from incorporating these things into our lives – and our fitness routine. For Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re focusing on workouts that help you stay mindful in everything you do, from running and walking to yoga and strength training.
This month’s digital reward also represents mindfulness, featuring a deep amethyst color. This stone is often associated with mindfulness, meditation, and mental clarity. It has accents of gold, a metal frequently used in meditation practices as it's said to promote grounding and focus. We’ve also incorporated various icons from the iFIT library that encircle a centralized “Mind” icon to visually convey the importance of letting this practice be central to movement.
Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by May 31, 2025 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.
