French Onion Tortellini Soup
This is our twist on a classic favorite. We added tortellini to it instead of bread and diced the onions (instead of leaving them in the traditional, long strings), so you will get the best flavors in every bite! While this soup still requires a bit of time it is well worth the effort and actually much faster than the traditional version, which requires individual dishes to be made.
