From the Home screen on the app, tap the bar graph icon in the bottom, right corner of the green Nutrition section. Here, you’ll find your stats for:
Based on your unique information and goals, we'll recommend personalized calorie targets for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks! These targets will actually adapt throughout the day, depending on what you've done. For example, if you skip breakfast, do an extra workout, or have a doughnut instead of an apple for your morning snack, we’ll adjust your calorie targets accordingly. All you have to do is log your calories, and we’ll take care of the rest!
To check what your calorie targets are for the day, simply tap the green Nutrition section from the Home screen to expand the meal types.
To quickly log your calories, follow these steps:
If you want to log a specific food item, follow the first two steps listed above, then tap My Foods on the left of Quick Log. From there, you can search for your food item and fill out the rest of the information.
There's also the option to log calories using the built-in barcode scanner, found in the top, right corner.
Another way you can access the calorie-logging screen is by tapping the plus sign in the bottom, right corner of the Home screen, then selecting Nutrition.
