Greek Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. In a large bag, combine the chicken with the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, yogurt, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour, for best results marinate up to 24 hours.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Grill over medium heat until cooked thoroughly—about 5 minutes on each side.
