Your summer adventure continues this month with the ROAD TRIP: National Parks Challenge! From some of America’s most popular destinations to must-see national parks in Costa Rica, Antigua, and Zambia, you’ll glimpse the incredible natural landscapes these countries take pride in.
With series venturing into the mountains of Colorado and the tropics of Costa Rica, this month’s Challenge is jam-packed with intriguing facts about these national parks, breathtaking scenery, and local wildlife. With your iFIT Trainers as your tour guides, you’ll visit hot spots in these national parks as well as locations off the beaten path. Ready to explore these national treasures?
If you complete all of the workouts from your selected level for the ROAD TRIP: National Parks Challenge by July 31, 2022, you’ll instantly earn an exclusive reward that will be viewable in your Trophy Case! Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you can download your shareable reward.
Here are this month’s Challenge levels:
Treadmill and elliptical workouts
Walking: Get ready to trek around some of California’s most picturesque national parks in this NEW series! With iFIT Trainer Paulo Barreto leading the way, you’ll walk and hike through Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Park. From lofty trees to mountain vistas, this series has it all!
Coasting: Hit the trails with iFIT Trainer Paulo Barreto in scenic Colorado! During this NEW 6-part cycling series, you’ll adventure into Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, where you’ll catch incredible views of Colorado’s mountains, lakes, and the iconic Black Canyon itself.
Rowing: Journey to Zambia with iFIT Trainers Micheen Thornycroft and Desmond Nanchengwa for 7 rowing workouts! As a part of Kafue National Park, you’re bound to see some incredible African wildlife along the Kafue River and Lake Itezhi-Tezhi.
Strength: Soak up Antigua’s tropical views with iFIT Trainer Jeni DelPozo! Together, you’ll take on 15 strength-building pilates workouts in beautiful locations on the island, like Devil’s Bridge National Park, Greencastle Hill National Park, and Half Moon Bay.
Yoga: Flow your way from Costa Rica’s tranquil beaches to the towering Arenal Volcano with iFIT Trainer Thalia Ayres Randolph! Over the next 6 yoga workouts, you’ll visit the tropical rainforest at Manuel Antonio National Park, a lush cloud forest, and so much more.
