New advisory council of leading scientists will guide iFIT’s platform, integrating fitness insights and wellness technology for science-backed workouts.

Composed of leading experts across wellness disciplines, the Science Council will further elevate iFIT’s leadership in personalized fitness and holistic health solutions. The inaugural members of iFIT’s Science Council include members of the medical and science community who specialize in a range of focus areas including longevity, women’s health, cognitive performance, and sleep: Dr. Darshan Shah, Mona Sharma, Louisa Nicola, Dr. Michael Breus, Dr. Duncan French, Dr. Vonda Wright, and Dr. Rangan Chatterjee.

A core focus of the council is to bridge the gap between high-level health science and everyday workouts. The advisors will help iFIT interpret and apply insights from fields like exercise physiology, metabolism, and genetics into its product development. For example, iFIT plans to integrate deeper biometric tracking and biomarker fitness insights into its platform – leveraging data such as heart-rate variability, recovery metrics, and other health signals – to further customize each user’s workout plan. By infusing iFIT’s interactive training programs with this data-driven approach, the Science Council will enable the company to refine how workouts adapt in real time to an individual’s performance and wellness profile.

Dr. Vonda Wright – Orthopedic Surgeon & Women’s Health Advocate
