New Year’s HIIT Workout

As 2016 is ending, and your thoughts are quickly turning to all of the goals you want to accomplish in 2017, let iFit help you ring in the New Year with confidence! This holiday HIIT workout is perfect to help you jumpstart those New Year’s goals by working your entire body and to burn those holiday calories. Make sure that you give it your best effort to make every move count!


Warm up: ½ mile jog (roughly 800 meters)  

Main set

Use a timer to see how quickly you can complete the following movements:

31 Bodyweight squats

28 Walking lunges (14 on each side)

31 Sit-ups

30 Mountain climbers

31 Jumping jacks

30 Pushups

31 Calf raises

31 V-ups

30 Tricep dips

31 Squat jumps

30 Leg lifts

31 Burpees

Rep total: 365

Cool Down: ½ mile jog (roughly 800 meters). Stretch if needed.
