- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips, melted
- 4 dates, pitted (or more)
- 1 scoop Nourish chocolate protein powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and beat well with an immersion blender.
- Make sure the dates are thoroughly blended and the mouse has a smooth, even texture.
- You can consume this warm, but it’s best when chilled.
