Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ pound flank steak, sliced
- ½ small cabbage head, sliced thinly
- ¼ salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic, diced
- ¼ cup Tessemae’s BBQ Sauce (more or less to taste)
Directions
- In a medium-sized skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the steak, then cook it for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add the cabbage, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, garlic, and Tessemae’s BBQ Sauce.
- Serve immediately.
