Tropical Protein Shake
Start your morning off in the tropics! This delicious, tropical, frozen fruit is high in vitamin C and thiamin—you need those nutrients for energy production. We used coconut milk instead of the traditional heavy cream, to create a smooth, cool base. Here at iFit, we like to challenge our users to get at least 20 grams of protein with their breakfast.
