Salad-Topped Pizza

TOTAL TIME:15 min

Have you ever tried pizza topped with greens? I’m not talking five wilted spinach leaves...I mean an actual mini salad on top of your pizza! If not, you have to try it! Greens add so much fresh flavor and texture to pizza. If you’re feeling skeptical, just give it a try. This simple recipe has a fresh, balsamic salad topping that tastes amazing. Plus, all the greens make it lower in calories, higher in fiber, and loaded with vitamins and minerals. So instead of a salad on the side, try a salad on top!
