About Oahu, Hawaii

The third largest of the Hawaiian islands, Oahu’s famous beaches have made it a hot spot for travelers worldwide. It’s also home to the state capital of Honolulu, and North Shore, a legendary hub for surfing. In this series, you’ll row along the crystal clear waters of Oahu, visiting Waikiki, Diamond Head, and even Coconut Island (a special treat for Gilligan’s Island fans!).

About the workouts

Kai will coach you through workouts that will tone, strengthen, and shape your muscles. You’ll begin the series by completing a 2 km Erg benchmark test to assess your speed and power. Kai will work with you through HIIT, tempo, steady-state, and threshold rows to build a strong foundation for more challenging workouts in the future. At the end of the series, you’ll test your 2 km Erg once again to see how far you’ve come!
