About the workouts
Kai will coach you through workouts that will tone, strengthen, and shape your muscles. You’ll begin the series by completing a 2 km Erg benchmark test to assess your speed and power. At the end of the series, you’ll test your 2 km Erg once again to see how far you’ve come!
