Yes! Now it’s easy to sync your workouts, track your progress, and stay connected with your fitness community. While in the app, you'll be prompted to connect to Strava.

Tailor can create many kinds of workouts: strength, cardio, Pilates, HiIT, yoga, and more. Tailor customizes workouts that meet your specific goals and fitness level, while taking into consideration the equipment available to you. For example, if you told Tailor you wanted to get stronger and have a yoga mat and a few dumbbells at home, Tailor will create a strength workout plan with both bodyweight exercises you can do on your yoga mat, and exercises you can do with your dumbbells. If you have no equipment, Tailor will create bodyweight-specific workouts designed to build strength.

The iFIT Personal Trainer Alpha app is here to help you achieve your goals with custom multi-week programs that help keep you on track and feeling good. To personalize your plan, Tailor takes into account the following: your goals, fitness level, availability, and equipment to populate a weekly plan that’s just right for you. Then, by tracking progress and feedback, Tailor adjusts in real-time to ensure you’re right on track.
Sync your health apps like Apple Health, Google Health Connect or MyFitnessPal for an even more customized fitness plan and experience. Tailor can use data like sleep, resting heart rate and nutrition to further adjust your workout in real-time.

The original iFIT App – iFIT’s flagship app is built for immersive, equipment‑paired workouts on your iFIT‑enabled machine. It features a massive content library of trainer-led workouts from Pilates to cycling. You must have an iFIT subscription to access this content.

By developing iFIT Personal Trainer Alpha in a standalone app, we are able to learn without disrupting your current iFIT experience.

Not yet. Because these are two distinct app experiences, your scheduled workouts will not sync across them. If you have workouts scheduled in iFIT Personal Trainer Alpha app, they will not show up in your iFIT app and vice versa.

Yes, you can use both AI Coach and Tailor, but not simultaneously. When you switch apps, the one not in use will pause. You just need to unpause it when you switch back. Your data will be retained and you can pick up where you left off when you resume.
