I run because I can. When I get tired I remember those who can't run, what they would give to have this simple gift I take for granted, and I run harder for them. I know they would do the same for me.

Severe Acute Pancreatitis some years ago & subsequently put on a massive amount of weight & became Type 2 Diabetic. Very unfit & motivationally weak. My target is to get below 100Kg.

Recovering from 2018; carpal and Cubital tunnel surgery. Caregiving to my Mom, and losing her. Ending 2018 w/full abdominal hysterectomy. 2019 will be mine & when I turn 49 I will be healthy again!

Before my 4 beautiful angels I was a size 6, and at my biggest a size 22 now I can now see my end goal :) 10kg left then maintain a FIT, HEALTHY and HAPPY life style.
