INTERMEDIATE INTENSITY—Get ready to work hard and fast with iFit trainer Betina Gozo. You’ll start by running five intervals with an equal work to rest ratio. Even as the intervals get longer, you’ll focus on maintaining your speed. After intervals, you’ll move to the floor for some intense total-body exercises. You’ll need your dumbbells, so keep them handy!
