As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Andy plays a crucial role in developing and implementing the human resource strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction. His responsibilities encompass various areas, including talent acquisition, talent management, change management, succession planning, employee retention, M&A integration, organizational and performance management, training and development, as well as compensation and benefits. Prior to joining iFIT, Andy held the position of CHRO at Sound United, where he contributed to the development and execution of HR strategies. Additionally, he served as the VP of Human Resources at NuVasive, overseeing global talent acquisition and talent management functions. Andy obtained his degree from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University, equipping him with a strong educational foundation in his field.
