          1. Place the chicken, pineapple, and red peppers in the bottom of a slow cooker.
          2. Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, tomato sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder. Pour over the chicken.
          3. Set the slow cooker to high for 4-6 hours. If desired, thicken the sauce with one tablespoon of cornstarch.
