
Baked Corn Dogs
Corndogs have a special place in my heart. Maybe it’s childhood memories or just something about munching on something that’s cooked on a stick that makes them so fun. However, since they’re usually deep fried and made with somewhat unhealthy ingredients, we decided to make a healthier version. We replaced refined flour with whole wheat flour, used Greek yogurt and a little butter, and then baked them. We also used high-quality, all-beef hot dogs. You won’t miss the calories...or the flavor! When we taste tested them, they all instantly disappeared, and my coworkers are still raving about them!
