          1. Toast bread.
          2. Place 1 teaspoon olive oil in a frying pan.
          3. Fry egg. Season with pepper and garlic powder.
          4. Drizzle vinegar and remaining olive oil on bread.
          5. Layer the greens, fried egg, tomato, and avocado, green onion, and Parmesan on toast.
          6. Serve. (You might need to eat this with a fork!)
