Bodyweight Bootcamp 5

READ TIME:1 min.

Exercise equipment is great, but don’t forget about the best (and most convenient) piece of equipment out there…your own body! This is the fifth and final workout in our series of Bodyweight Bootcamp workouts. This bodyweight blast is all about getting you in the best shape of your life. And the coolest thing about it? You can do it anywhere!

Whether you’re at home, the gym, a hotel room, or outside, this is a routine you can follow. So no excuses! In this workout, you’ll alternate between strength and cardio based moves. Try to keep the pace up and see how fast you can get it done.

*Star jacks are a bodyweight move similar to a jumping jack, but you jump high and perform a whole jumping jack while in the air. Always land with your feet together.
