Bullyjuice 45-Day Challenge Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: THE BULLYJUICE 45-DAY CHALLENGE SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND WHO RESIDE IN, THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 OR OLDER, AND WHO ARE IFIT MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING BEFORE MARCH 23, 2026. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of iFiT Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 7, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two ways to enter: 

1) Bullyjuice 45-Day Challenge Completion: To be eligible, you’ll need to sign up by completing the form and then complete the full Bullyjuice 45-Day Challenge (the training program outlined at the URL). Participation in the challenge is subject to all applicable iFIT terms and guidelines.

2) Email Entry: To enter without completing the Bullyjuice 45-Day Challenge, send an email to ifit@media.com with the subject line: Bullyjuice 45-Day Challenge Sweepstakes and in the body of the email include your first and last name, address, and phone number. 

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on May 7, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one entry person, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limit will be void. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro, artificial intelligence, bots and other automated methods, or other means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about May 11, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Potential winner will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within the time period stated in the notification. If the potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the email notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to only select up to three alternate winners; after which, the prize will remain unawarded. 

PRIZE: One prize package is available as follows (maximum one winner):  55 Lb. Select-A-Weight Dumbbells (NAMSDB20) and a Video 1:1 with iFIT Trainer, Darryl "Bullyjuice" Williams (“Trainer”). Approximate Retail Value: $400. (1:1 with Darryl has no cash value as it is not available for purchase by the general public.) Exact details of Video 1:1, including duration, video platform, and date and time, will be determined by Sponsor and are subject to Trainer’s availability. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with winner’s schedule. Winner will be required to act in a respectful manner and not be derogatory or inappropriate, as solely determined by Sponsor and/or Trainer. Failure to comply with all guidelines for Video 1:1 provided by Sponsor will result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and other actions as may deemed appropriate by Sponsor. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize will only be delivered within the 50 U.S. and DC. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or later discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize providers/suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any harm or injury resulting from participation in the Bullyjuice 45-Day Challenge or use of the dumbbells portion of the prize. 

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled emails, notifications, mail, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the iFiT platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the iFiT member whose subscription is connected to the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.

WINNERS LIST: To receive the name of the winner (first name, last initial and state of residence), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Bullyjuice 45-Day Challenge Sweepstakes Winner c/o iFiT Inc., 1500 South 1000 West, Logan, UT 84321, for receipt by no later than 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes.
