Think of these as a healthier, easier version of a cookie. They're loaded with heart-healthy nuts, and we used dates instead of sugar for sweetness. Plus, they require absolutely no cooking! Try ‘em for quick energy on hikes or to satisfy your sweet tooth. These store well in the fridge for up to a week.
