Dark Chocolate Fruit Bites

This is definitely considered a treat, but it’s healthier, since we used ingredients that are good for you. Antioxidant-rich dark chocolate and dried fruits provide a lot of vitamins and minerals. We also used nuts that, while calorie dense, are full of heart-healthy fats. So if you're going to indulge in a sweet treat, this is a delicious one to try!

          1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
          2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
          3. Drop the chocolate in tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet to create round disks.
          4. Top with almonds, pistachios, cherries, and blueberries.
          5. Place in the refrigerator to harden. Enjoy!
