Dark Chocolate Fruit Bites

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate (dairy-free, if needed)
  • ¼ cup raw almonds
  • ¼ cup unsalted pistachios, shelled
  • ¼ cup dried cherries
  • 2 tablespoons dried, unsweetened blueberries

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. Drop the chocolate in tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet to create round disks.
  4. Top with almonds, pistachios, cherries, and blueberries.
  5. Place in the refrigerator to harden. Enjoy!
