Head north to experience the wild wonders of Canada this month with the True North Challenge!

Featuring three NEW series in Jasper and Banff National Park, there’s so much to explore: hiking with iFIT Trainer Heather Jenson, biking with iFIT Trainer Yuri Hauswald, and rowing with iFIT Trainer Susan Francia. Each series features brand-new workouts to help you improve your fitness and chase your goals in one of the most beautiful parks in Canada.

Plus, stay tuned for a NEW holiday-themed strength Challenge coming later this month!

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by December 31, 2024, and earn a digital reward viewable in your Trophy Case

Here are this month’s Challenges:

Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Head north with iFIT Trainer Heather Jenson in the third installment of the Hike the Rockies Series! Together, you’ll complete six workouts as you explore Jasper National Park in Canada, hiking in breathtaking places like Athabasca Falls and the Valley of Five Lakes. Heather will offer inspiration and motivation as you push through steady-state hikes and endurance challenges to jumpstart your exercise routine.

Bike workouts

Continue your journey with iFIT Trainer Yuri Hauswald in part 3 of the Bike the Rockies Series in Jasper National Park! From intervals and endurance to heavy climbs, Yuri will guide you through six bike workouts designed to help you improve your strength and endurance. You’ll explore the park together, with Yuri offering insight into his cycling career and some tips and tricks for making the most of every ride.

Rower workouts

Row the Rockies with iFIT Trainer Susan Francia! In the final installment of the series, she will guide you through the icy blue waters of Jasper and Banff National Park as you complete HIIT, endurance, and power rowing workouts. You’ll focus on becoming a stronger rower as you explore the incredible sights and sounds of the park!
