How to Export Your Workout Data

READ TIME:1 min.

We know that you may use other online fitness platforms to track your workouts (like Strava, TrainingPeaks, or MyFitnessPal). So we wanted to give you the ability to export your iFit workout data, in case you want to upload it elsewhere.

Keep in mind, you can only export workouts that you’ve completed.

Export All of Your Workouts

  1. Log in to your iFit account online.
  2. Hover over your name in the top right, then click Settings.
  3. From the User Info tab, scroll to the bottom of the page until you see Download All Workouts.
  4. Select a date range, then click the blue Download Workouts button.
  5. You’ll receive an email within 24 hours that includes a zip file of all your workouts. Be sure to download the file within 48 hours of receiving the email or you may have to export your workouts again.

Export Individual Workouts

  1. Log in to your iFit account online.
  2. Hover over Menu at the top, then click Workouts from the list.
  3. From the History tab, click the completed workout that you want to export.
  4. You should see the Export button right above the workout details. Hover over it, then select the format you’d like. For map-based workouts, you can export your data in GPX, TCX, CSV, or KML format. For all other workouts, you can export them in TCX or CSV format.

Quick Tip!
If you download a TCX file, make sure you have the right application to open it on your computer. If you open it and a message pops up saying “There is no application set to open the document,” choose an application on your computer that supports it, or download one.

You’re all set! If you have any questions, leave them in the comments. We’d love to answer them for you!
