Within our fitness library, there are eight total categories, but we’ll be focusing on two in particular—Event Training and Weight Loss.
Event Training Programs
Our Event Training category includes programs specially built for certain running and cycling events. It’s also sorted by event type and finish time goal. So whether you want to run your first 5K, you’re a seasoned marathoner, or you’re preparing for a century ride, we have a program that can help you prepare and train effectively come race day.
Weight Loss Programs
The programs in Weight Loss are specific to your equipment, and designed to gradually get more difficult as time goes on. Typically, the workouts are time-based and often include inclines and declines.
Access these programs in five simple steps:
- Log in to your iFit account online.
- Hover over Menu at the top, then click Library.
- From there, scroll down until you see Event Training or Weight Loss.
- Click View All next to the category name.
- Browse all available programs, then make sure to add one to your workout schedule!
*Some programs are not included in your membership. However, you can purchase them for a small additional cost through the library.
Quick Tip!
After you’ve clicked View All, you can filter the programs on the left-hand side under Program Difficulty. Simply click the drop-down menu and select the level of difficulty you want, with 1 being the easiest and 5 being the hardest.
