Take on skiing and snowboarding-focused training with the Train for the Slopes Challenge! These workouts are designed to prepare you for the upcoming season so you’ll feel ready to take on the mountain.
In partnership with U.S. Ski & Snowboard, iFIT Trainer Knox Robinson joined forces with professional snowboarder Lindsey Jacobellis to help prepare your body and mind for the slopes. They’ll lead you through a series of cardio, flexibility, balance, and HIIT workouts and will share plenty of tips and tricks along the way!
iFIT Trainer Shannon Cooper and professional alpine skier Ryan Cochran-Siegle will coach you in workouts designed to travel with you to the slopes to help you have the best ski season. From cardio and HIIT to flexibility and balance, each workout will get you closer to making the most of the season.
Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by December 31, 2024, and earn a digital reward viewable in your Trophy Case.

Treadmill and elliptical workouts
