Grilled Asian Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak

Marinade:

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 Asian pear, cored
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the marinade in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Marinate the steak for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  3. Cook on a preheated grill for 4-6 minutes each side.
