Ingredients
- 2 pounds flank steak
Marinade:
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (gluten-free, if needed)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 Asian pear, cored
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients for the marinade in a food processor until smooth.
- Marinate the steak for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Cook on a preheated grill for 4-6 minutes each side.
