High Protein Refrigerator Oatmeal

Megan Ostler, Michelle Alley

TOTAL TIME:6 hr 5 min

This is a high-fiber breakfast that’s great when you’re running late. The best part is...no cooking required! It’s the ultimate lazy breakfast. Plus, it's delicious and has an incredible 45 grams of protein! Oats are a wonderful source of B-vitamins and soluble fiber. The chia seeds, which provide healthy omega 3s, also help thicken it in the fridge. Don’t forget to be creative with your toppings! I love using nuts, seeds, or dark chocolate.
