Sponsor will determine in its discretion the applicable Bracket for each entrant based on data provided by the entrant and otherwise obtained in connection with the entrant’s equipment and iFIT Pro subscription. The age of the entrant as of December 31, 2026 will determine the applicable Bracket for that entrant.
Each Bracket will be competed with times recorded across three races (each a “Race”): (1) “Spring Cup: The Opening” which starts at 12pm ET on March 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on March 15, 2026 (“Race 1”); (2) “Spring Cup: Breaking Point” which starts at 12pm ET on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on March 22, 2026 (“Race 2”); and (3) “Spring Cup: Showdown” which starts at 12pm ET on March 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on March 29, 2026 (“Race 3”). Sponsor or its designee is the official timekeeper for the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to those who are at least 18 years of age (or the majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) and who, as of 12pm ET on March 2, 2026 are active iFIT Pro subscribers with connected Ergatta-enabled residential equipment (rower, bike, or treadmill) and heartrate monitor. Employees of iFIT Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Excluded Jurisdictions: Residents or other persons located in Argentina, Malaysia, Bolivia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ghana, Honduras, Italy, Kenya, Latvia, Malta, Nigeria, UAE, Venezuela, and countries subject to OFAC sanctions during the Contest Period are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, (a) log into your iFIT Pro account on your Ergatta-enabled equipment; (b) find and select the current Race in the iFIT Ergatta library; (c) wear your heartrate monitor and ensure it is functioning properly; and (d) complete each Race under your own power. There is no limit on the number of times you may complete each Race as part of your entry; the best time you record for each Race will count toward your total time for the Contest. You must complete each Race before the end the period designated for that Race, and you must complete all Races to be eligible to win a Bracket.
REQUIREMENTS: Only the subscriber registered for the Contest and logged into the related iFIT Pro account may participate and operate the Ergatta-enabled equipment during the Race in connection with that entry. Races completed through automated or mechanical means or by any means which subvert the Race process or Contest, including using multiple participants or participants other than the registered entrant, are void. The entrant must wear a heartrate monitor that remains connected throughout the Race attempt. If the heartrate monitor becomes disconnected during the Race attempt, the attempt will be invalid and the entrant will need to complete a new Race to be eligible to record a qualifying time.
WINNER DETERMINATION: The entrant in each Bracket with the lowest total time across all three Races will be the potential winner of the First Prize for that Bracket, and the entrants with the second and third lowest total times will be potential winners of Second Prizes for that Bracket. In the event of a tie in a particular category, the fastest time in Race 3 will be the tiebreaker.
Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor to ensure compliance with these Official Rules (to the extent permitted by applicable laws). Sponsor may, but is under no obligation to, disqualify any entrant for any reason, including if Sponsor determines, in its discretion, that the entry or Race participation fails to conform to these Official Rules or any Race has otherwise been completed through unfair or fraudulent means. Sponsor may review heartrate monitor data and historical performance for verification and integrity. Entries may be disqualified if heartrate data is missing or results are implausible or appear to be manipulated based on available data and historical performance. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the administration, operation, selection of the winners, and other matters related to the Contest (except where otherwise provided by applicable law).
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or by other means based on contact information provided by entrant, and may be required to complete and return documentation within 30 days (or as otherwise specified by Sponsor) related to awarding prize and publicizing the Contest and winners (if and where permitted under applicable law). If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification or return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up will be notified. Sponsor will only select three alternate winners after which the prize will not be awarded.
PRIZES:First Prize (54): The top place finisher of each Bracket will receive one pair of Ergatta-themed socks and one physical medal (“First Prize”).Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30. Second Prize (108): The second and third place finisher of each Bracket will receive a physical medal (“Second Prize”). ARV: $10. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,700. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one prize per person.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish winner’s full name, city and state of residence, photos or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), Race data, and/or statements made by winner regarding the Contest, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s products and services, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or later devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a entrant’s participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of the prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of any information provided by entrant.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (d) unauthorized human, bot, or artificial intelligence (“AI”) intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (e) technical or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries and Race data; (f) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human, bot, or AI intervention; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of the prize. If for any reason an entrant’s registration or Race data is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Contest or another Race attempt if within the corresponding Race period. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with or disrupting the fairness of the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or with any website or app promoting the Contest; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Contest multiple times or the use of any robotic or automated devices or AI to participate. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties, tampering, fraud, unfairness, improper play, or unforeseen events compromised the integrity or viability of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Contest, including the entire Contest, and/or modify the Contest and/or award the prize from all eligible entries as of the termination date.
