Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 clove roasted garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (gluten free, if needed)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a small bowl or cup and blend with an immersion blender using the whip attachment.
