This almond shake tastes like an amazingly rich milkshake! We found that eating the amount of fat that you’re required to on the keto diet can be challenging. However, whipping up a few, sweet recipes can help! While this is not a recipe I would recommend to most people, those following the keto diet can easily add it to their meal plan for breakfast, snack, or dessert.
