One of the best parts of the keto diet is incorporating heavy cream. Normally, it’s not known as a health food, but it’s one you can enjoy every day on this diet! This recipe was a favorite and one that our testers never got sick of. They wanted them on their meal plan any chance they could, and we had fun creating different combos of sugar-free Jell-O® gelatin and puddings, like Peaches ‘n Cream, Chocolate Vanilla Swirl, or Cheesecake. If you are on the keto diet, this quick, packable, sweet treat is a life saver!
