Keto Burger with Peanut Burger

This burger is packed with so much flavor—you are going to love it! Topped with a spicy chipotle mayonnaise that complements the sweet, creamy peanut butter, you will get the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and savory with every single bite! I like to eat one for dinner, then I use the extras for my lunches. If saving for later, be sure to package the ingredients separately, so they stay fresh!

          Directions
          1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
          2. Place the beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium-sized bowl.
          3. Mix the spices and the beef together.
          4. Form 4 (4-ounce) patties (they will lose about an ounce in cooking.)
          5. Place the patties on the grill.
          6. Cook for 4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
          7. Remove patties, then let them rest to keep in the juice.
          8. While the patties rest, mix together the mayonnaise and chipotle.
          9. To assemble, top one romaine leaves with a hamburger patty, then top with 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, ½ of a tomato, then one more romaine leaves.
          10. Continue with the remaining ingredients, or you can separate into single servings, then package in airtight containers for later.
