Lemon Garlic Breakfast Sandwich
This is my absolute favorite quick breakfast recipe to use up hard-boiled eggs. I love to boil a bunch of eggs and make the aioli at the start of the week, then I have a full week of quick-’n-easy breakfasts that I can eat while I’m runnin’ out the door. Each serving of this recipe has 17 grams of protein to help start your day out right. I’m actually not a huge fan of hard-boiled eggs, but this breakfast sandwich has completely changed my mind!
