Mac and Cheese with Peas

TOTAL TIME:20 min

Springtime always means lots of peas in my house, and this one’s a favorite of mine. You'll feel like a kid again as you enjoy this unique twist on a comforting bowl of mac 'n cheese. This simple dish is easy enough to make on any busy night or for a quick lunch. And with whole grain pasta and the added veggies, it’s nutritious, too!
