March Challenge: Sun & Sand

Push yourself in paradise this month by sweating in the sun during iFit’s March Challenge: Sun & Sand!

Get ready to experience dreamy tropical locations while reaching your fitness goals. Explore breathtaking forests, unique terrain of volcanic rock, and tranquil waterfalls in Costa Rica with iFit Trainer John Peel. Then, find your balance alongside coastal beaches in Thailand with iFit Trainer Briohny Smyth!

Whether you are seeking a full-body burn, heartfelt yoga, or a walking series that allows you to take in all of your sunny surroundings, there are a variety of activity options for you to choose from for this challenge—all in exotic locations.

The treadmill, bike, and strength Challenges all offer both a beginner and intermediate option. For those completing this Challenge on ellipticals, the series offered on the treadmill Challenge will be identical. 

If you complete all 12 workouts in your selected series by March 31, you will earn an exclusive reward in the mail. It’s time to hop on your equipment or mat and complete one of these Challenges that will help you escape to the tropics!
