Moroccan Chicken Wraps

These wraps take a little prep work, but they’re well worth it. The chicken is marinated in a yummy, Moroccan sauce, then grilled on skewers. You finish them up by wrapping them in warm flatbread with hummus, spinach, and red peppers. With 24 grams of protein, these are a really filling wrap that you’ll want to make again and again!

          Directions
          1. Soak wooden skewers in water
          2. Place the chicken in a medium bowl. Add oil and all seasonings.
          3. Mix until the chicken is well-coated with seasonings.
          4. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
          5. Thread the chicken onto the 4 wooden skewers.
          6. Grill the chicken skewers for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly charred.
          7. Assemble the wraps by spreading 2 tablespoons hummus on the flatbread. Top with spinach, a few slices of roasted red pepper, and the chicken from 1 skewer. Enjoy!
