
NEW: Connect to Your iFit-Enabled Machine with Bluetooth® Headphone Connectivity
You asked, and we listened! You can now connect your wireless headphones to your iFit-enabled machine with Bluetooth® Headphone Connectivity. Simply pair your wireless headphones to your iFit-enabled machine, and you can listen to trainer audio, music, and more, right in your ears during every workout.
Here’s how it works:
- Select a workout from the iFit Library on your machine.
- Tap “Start workout.”
- On one of the 4 locations below, tap the “Connect to headphones” button.
There are 4 places where you can connect your wireless headphones to your machine:
- On the warmup screen
- On the pause screen (after you tap your screen, then hit the pause button)
- Next to the volume slider (tap the screen during your workout to see the slider)
- On the cooldown screen
Select the model of your headphones from the on-screen list, making sure your headphones are on and in pairing mode.

Once your headphones have successfully been paired, tap the screen to return to the previous screen. Get started with your workout and enjoy the sweet sound of iFit!
Please note: When you connect your headphones, the volume will be automatically set at 5%. You can adjust the volume to a higher or lower setting using the volume slider on the screen.

Our new, groundbreaking feature called ActivePulse uses your heart rate to personalize your workout. It’s the newest way to experience an interactive, personalized experience with iFIT. What is ActivePulse? ActivePulse is iFIT’s first heart rate training feature, designed for users who want to get the most out of their workouts. With ActivePulse turned on and a Bluetooth®-enabled heart rate monitor connected to your treadmill, the intensity of your workout will be automatically adjusted, based on your target heart rate zone. You will automatically be sped up or slowed down in order to maintain the ideal heart rate zone for your workout. This includes recovery, speed, or strength runs! Ready to explore ActivePulse?
